Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You (customer) will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on either Showtime Soccer's part or Printful's part are covered at the respective organization's expense.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

At this point in time, Showtime Soccer is not offering refunds, returns, nor exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size order. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only allowed on misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
